What a beautiful, old cross. And the elephant - clever and funny!

I had to dig from the archives this week too!Love the pictures, especially the celtic cross - lovely x
Both crosses and elephants are very special to me!
great choices! love the elephant. have a great weekend!
I love weathered metal and have quite a bit of it around our house. Great photos!
The elephant is perfect!
I really like your pictures this week - the cross is especially cool.
Elephants look old and aged shortly after birth. Tusk! Tusk!
don't mind Gordon i like the shot of the Elaphant - my skin around the neck looks simular...
Note that I didn't say the elephant looked aged - just weathered! ;-)
The elephant is a bit of genius.
Old rusty zoo.Oakland zoo, is it Oakland California? There is an incredible story here. A young man was a transfer passenger from some where in USA, and due for Oakland. Instead he arrived in Auckland New Zealand.
I am an elephant lover - cute idea! The cross is beautiful.
I was late posting or looking at Friday's shoot. You are right about the elephant. Good choice!
I love both these shots. The cross is beautiful and the aging on it adds to its beauty. The elephant is also a fantastic shot!
The aged celtic cross is very beautiful indeed. Getting the metal to curve into all of those circles requires skill and patience. Elephants are so dusty, it dries their skin so much. These a wonderful pictures and I am really sorry about your tree. It's a blessing no one was hurt. Thanks for sharing.
wow - with two photos I'd say you did one heck of a job with this assignment.perfect - that cross is awesome, and I love elephants!
